ATTENTION: This policy applies EXCLUSIVELY to items with a 70% discount.
For all other full-price products or products with lower discounts (e.g., 20%, 30%, 50%), the normal return policy with a full refund applies.
In case of return of an item discounted by 70%, the following conditions apply:
AVAILABLE OPTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER
The customer can only choose between:
- Item Exchange: Replacement with another item of equal or greater value (by paying the difference).
- Store Credit: A discount code of the same amount, usable for any future order on www.odietamoshop.com.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
To make an exchange or receive store credit, items must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, and with the original tag.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for the return of the item and for any new shipment are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
